3. Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However:

Colours and appearance may vary due to device displays;

Minor variations in packaging or design may occur.

All electrical products supplied for use in the United Kingdom:

Are intended for use with 220–240V UK mains supply (unless otherwise stated);

Are supplied with a UK Type G plug where applicable.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email accepting your order.

We reserve the right to:

Decline or cancel an order before acceptance;

Cancel orders due to pricing, stock or technical errors;

Limit order quantities.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders may be shipped in separate parcels.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier services;

Customs processing;

Events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when the goods are delivered to the address you provided.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Consumer Rights and Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer, your rights are protected under the:

Consumer Rights Act 2015;

Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

7.1 Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

7.2 Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to remedies under UK law.

All electrical and electronic goods are supplied in accordance with applicable UK product safety regulations.

You must:

Use products in accordance with supplied instructions;

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

Breach of statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the goods in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where prohibited by law.
