This Shipping Policy applies to all UK consumer orders.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Shipping Charges
We offer free UK shipping on all orders.
All prices displayed on our website include shipping costs. There are no additional delivery charges at checkout.
Where applicable, VAT is included in the displayed price.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within one day however can occasionally take up to 3 days (Excluding weekends and bank holidays)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods.
3. Delivery Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched via a combination of international and domestic carriers.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Under UK law, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Orders may arrive in separate parcels.
5. VAT and Customs
All applicable UK VAT is charged at checkout where required.
We structure our order processing to minimise the risk of additional import charges.
In the vast majority of cases, customers will not be required to pay additional customs or import fees.
However, customs processes are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that additional charges will never be applied by courier or border authorities.
If you are contacted by a courier regarding unexpected customs charges, please contact us before making payment.
6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number (where available)
Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you:
The parcel may be returned;
We may charge a redelivery fee to resend the item.
We cannot amend delivery details once an order has been dispatched.
8. Risk and Delivery
Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact:

9. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
