Thanks for sharing your content with Loomz!
By submitting your photos or videos (or tagging us on social), you agree to the simple terms below. We just want to be clear about how your content may be used.

1. What you’re sharing

“Content” means any photos, videos, captions or links you send us, or anything you tag us in on Instagram or TikTok.

2. You allow us to use your content

By submitting, you give Loomz permission to:

Repost your photos/videos

Share them on our Instagram, TikTok, website or emails

Use them in promotions or marketing

Edit or crop them if needed

You still own your content — you’re just letting us feature it.

This includes permission to use your face, voice or username if they appear in your submission.

3. You promise the content is yours

You confirm that:

You created the content or have the right to share it

Anyone in the content is happy to be included

You’re over 18 (or have a parent/guardian’s permission)

4. Rewards

We may give out vouchers or prizes — but we’re not required to use or post every submission.

5. Want us to remove your content?

No problem.
Email us at ugc@loomz.co.uk and we’ll remove it from future use where possible.

Already-posted content, printed materials or shares by other people might not be removable — but we’ll do our best.

6. Your data

We may store your name, email and social handle so we can contact you about your submission or prizes.

7. Hashtag submissions

Using #LoomzRoomz or tagging us in your own posts counts as giving permission for us to repost your content.
